Executive Chef, Christophe Mihy

French trained Executive Chef, Christophe Mihy, has over twenty years combined experience as a chef around the world. His extensive background as an Executive Chef in Four and Five-Star hotels took him to the Caribbean, Mauritius Island and France, which then led him to the U.S. Chef Christophe had a long career in Las Vegas, where he was well known first as the Executive Chef at the acclaimed Five-Star, Four Diamond Le Montrachet and later his award-winning Envy the Steakhouse at the Renaissance Hotel. Christophe is dedicated to fresh, locally sourced elements for his original cooking style.

Chef Leobardo

Chef Leobardo Lopez has been with the company for 17 years, originally with Continental Catering and now with sharing his expertise with El Chorro. He shares a passion for delivering high quality products to the El Chorro Banquet Division, with a desire to continually expand his knowledge to learn and share his new techniques with the team. He became Banquet Chef in 2017.

Chef Nicholas

Chef Nicholas, an Arizona native originally joined the El Chorro team in 2010. After 4 years he joined the prestigious Michael Mina Restaurant Bourbon Steak at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. He then transferred as Chef de Cuisine to another world renown restaurant, Toro, a Richard Sandoval Group restaurant. He rejoined El Chorro as Chef de Cuisine in July 2016.

Chef Nathan

Chef Nathan is a graduate of the University of Iowa as well as the Scottsdale Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu. He has been cooking in the valley for over 14 years. Some restaurants include AAA 4 Diamond rated Mosaic in Scottsdale, as well as Switch Restaurant & Wine Bar and Fez Restaurant as their Executive Chef. Nathan joined El Chorro in 2014 as a Sous Chef.

Chef Douglas

Chef Douglas Jurecki attending the Illinois Institute of Art Chicago. He served in the US Marine Corps as a Field Radio Operator for four years. He's had the pleasure of working at luxury properties such as The Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara as Banquet Sous Chef and Quintero Golf Club as Chef de Cuisine. Douglas joined El Chorro in 2017 as a Sous Chef.
